I then discuss how different tools can meet the needs of these users. The tools discussed are:

• Scorecards and Dashboards
• Reports
• Analytic Applications
• Custom Applications

This video is a mix of slides and demonstrations of the various tools and runs 34 minutes. It is not terribly technical so is accessible to a wide audience.
