Well we all run into this and the only way I can find out how to do this is extremely messy.  I need a way to put a KEY on the Scorecards for the RGB values.  The only way I have found to do this is to utilize the label function associated with the Indicator and alter the properties of the Scorecard to show the labels.  The problem is its a very dirty way do to do this and the end users are gettting stuck up in the targets and not the actuals.  Is there a way that your aware of to just utilize a standard "KEY" so to speak on the dashboard?  It doesn't necessarily need to be on the Scorecard itself.  The only other  way we thought to get this done is to upload a word document to the Team portal that has each report and the associate key and then kill the label function associated to the indicator. 

Any ideas?

Sorry let me try to explain futher, each scorecard has a measure, each measure has a target, the target is either Red, Yellow or Green.  We have not found any way to create a KEY that describes these ranges >50 RED >30 < 49 Yellow and <29 is Green.  In a standard chart "KEY" format.  The only way we can figure out how to get this on the scorecard itself is to label the indicators at the measure level, which adds the text next to each Target on the scorecard.  Its very messy and if we could find a way to add a single "KEY" to describe the ranges that would be benificial to process and the report would appear much cleaner. 

EXAMPLE

29.00 <30

50.21 >49

35.21 >30 <49

What happens is every row has the defined range next to the actual number vs a single "KEY" off to the side somewhere or at the top of the report.
