First, want to thank you for hosting this site and just received BI with MS PerformancePoint Server 2007 book from Amazon. I have been successful in using all the features of BI supported by PerformancePoint and preview my dashboard on the same server. The issue that I am facing is when I am trying to connect to a database/cube information on a different server using the standard connection it does not bring up any information in the drop down list. I have tried it with different application pool identity settings in the IIS Manager and it did not work. I am not very clear on how to define the cube/database permissions on a different server. I can provide more information as needed to resolve my issue. Thanks SD
