Please help me in one requirement:
Here is business case:
Suppose we have three dimensions Product, Customer and Geography and one Fact Sales.
Now user has two predefined filters like:
FILTER 1: Product.Category in (‘BIKE’, ‘CAR’)
AND CUSTOMER IN (C1, C2, C3)
AND GEOGRAPHY.REGION NOT IN (‘SOUTHWEST’)
FILTER 2: Product.Category NOT IN (‘BIKE’, ‘CAR’)
AND CUSTOMER IN (C4, C5)
AND GEOGRAPHY.REGION NOT IN (‘SOUTHWEST’)
Now when we create cube and share with users, they don’t want to put all filters. He/she wants predefined filters on left panel so he just drags FILTER1 or FILTER2 in one shot into work area and sees filters applied on data. Can we do it in COGNOS?
