Is it possible so that I can change my data in Analyses services cube from Microsoft Excel 2007? Actually in my model we have different projects with their cost for 5 years. Some time my Power user would like to change the cost in different year for different projects and try to visualize the effect of changing that change to the overall model and compare that with original model.
For Example:
Project 2009/2010 Cost 2010/2011 Cost 2011/2012 Cost 2012/2013 Cost 2013/2014 Cost
1 $5000 $6000 $500 $5000 $6500
2 $3000 $1000 $1500 $4000 $6400
Now my power user would like to change the cost in different years and see what it impacts on overall model say for example
Project 2009/2010 Cost 2010/2011 Cost 2011/2012 Cost 2012/2013 Cost 2013/2014 Cost
1 $5000 $6000 $500 $1000 0
2 $3000 $1000 $1500 $2000 0
Does it possible using SSAS 2005 and using Excel 2007 as a client
