I reported bug about similar issue here some time ago:

10min after bug was reported somebody from Microsoft told me that this is know bug.

I believe this bug is fixed in CU4 of SQL Server 2005 SP3:

I have downloaded and install that hot fix but the problem is still there. No luck at all
