I could not find any way to do it I am still struggling with it. I was watching a webcast Posted by Allan Folting (Program Manager Excel), in this webcast he said there is a bug right now if we try to use groups. If you would like I can send you the link of that web cast.

This is the video Posted by Amir Netz, Allan Folting. In that video Allan Folting made that comment that there is a Bug at this moment and group are not working in Excel 2007
