You'll have to write some code to do it using .NET and AMO (Analysis Management Objects.) The code isn't pretty but you can see an example in Bryan C. Smith's post. The basic logic is that he checks all the dates in the fact table. Then he checks the measure group to see if partitions exist for those dates and if not, he creates them. You could run this code on a scheduled basis to update the cube as necessary.
